20-40% packet loss with low ping

I've been having issues with packet loss for the past week on ps4. Ive tested my internet speed, playstations servers, and apex server status and they all say they are good. But the datacentres with the lowest ping(about 30 ms average) have almost always had at least 20% packet loss and make the game nearly unplayable. Is there any other way to fix this?

Hey, @Dogdogs_Dogs Packed loss don't have anything to do with speed, it's about stability and having that much of a packed loss is not good at all.

What I can recommend is that you take a look at the network troubleshooting steps that we have.

I seen it with Blizzard too. Just blame the end user's internet. That way you don't have to admit that your are using outdated servers because EA is a bottom line company focused on putting more money in their executives pockets at the expense of the employee and consumer.

@EA_Atic Happens in my PC not on my PS4 so it's 100% not my network. Troubleshooting internet issues? Should I check if I have power in my house as well?
