2150 apex coins was not added to my account

hello EA I'm on Playstation and just a while ago I bought 19.00 dollars worth of apex coins which was 2150 coins (out of the Playstation store not the in game store its self) and when I went back into the game the coins were not added so I tried some over methods and they did not work either can you please either refund my my $19.00 or give me the 2,150 apex coins thank you BTW my psn is lmSuijinV2

@qboosted Please keep in mind that this could take a few hours some times to process the order / show up.
Have you tried to restar the game?

if no coins arrives please go to:
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Select the game or service "Apex Legends" > What platform are you playing on? "PS4" > Select topic "Orders" > Select issue "Order not received".

Hope your issue get resolved 🙂
