Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hi people,

I’m writing this because I really don’t know what to do at this point.

My Apex account got permanently banned on March 13, and since then I’ve sent 4 appeals. Every single one came back with basically the exact same response. No explanation, no reference to anything I wrote, nothing that makes me feel like my case been viewed by a fellow human advisor. 

At this point, my case has already been marked as closed, and I no longer have the option to submit further appeals or contact support directly cuz there's none!!

I get that companies have systems and rules, but this honestly just feels like I’ve been talking to a wall. I’ve had this account since 2018. I’ve been actively playing since 2021, hit Master multiple seasons, spent a lot of time and money on it. It’s not just some throwaway account to me, which is exactly why this whole thing feels so unreal.

Not long before the ban, I had just spent money on the heirloom event, and I was even thinking about getting skins from the upcoming event. I’ve been a long-term paying player, which makes this even harder to accept.

I would never risk losing it by cheating. I've never cheated and never will I.

What’s bothering me the most is that I genuinely don’t know what I’m being accused of. The emails just say the ban was “correctly applied,” but there’s no detail at all. No evidence, no specific behavior, nothing.

After digging into my system and carefully reviewing the data regarding my login activities and gameplay information, I did find something weird. My anti-cheat was running normally, no issues there, but my Wi-Fi adapter (Intel AX200) was experiencing some issues that day—driver crashes, resets, the whole thing. The game felt off at times, like desync or weird movement. I can’t prove that’s what caused it, but it’s the only abnormal thing I’ve been able to find.

So right now I’m stuck in this situation where:

• I didn’t cheat,
• I don’t know what triggered the ban,
• and every appeal just gets the same copy-paste rejection.

I’m not even asking for the ban to be instantly removed. I just want someone to actually look at my case and tell me what happened. Also, there were no warnings or suspensions (which usually occur when a player is accused of cheating and an investigation is launched) prior to the permanent ban, which I cannot fathom.

Has anyone here gone through something similar? Or actually managed to get a real review after multiple denials?

And if by any chance someone from EA sees this, I’d really appreciate it if this could be looked at by a real person.
