417.71 vs 418.xx performance

Anyone notice a difference in performance from these drivers? I am personally on 418 drivers (I do not crash with 2080 Ti), but the performance feels a bit lackluster. I still get occasional choppy...

Drivers rollback does not work! Still crashing with error "memory could not be read". Please tell this to devs...

Would you mind checking to see that your Windows OS is fully up to date and that your hardware and software is all running the most current versions @Cpt_T0RTUGa.

Thanks for the DxDiag, the more info we have the better for any issue.
