Still doesn't work for me. I really can't pinpoint the issue that occurs whenever windows decides to crash. I've gone into the game properties had it run with almost every version of windows, I've disabled full screen optimizations, I've run the game as an administrator. Lowered the fps max to 60 with the launch options, booted it in windowed mode, and re-installed about 5 different times to no benefit. It either crashes right before the title screen or the farthest I've managed to make it to which is just before the lobby screen (have yet to see the lobby screen). I just build a new pc with an amd radeon 5700xt gpu and one of the things I was so looking forward to was playing this game on my new computer but I cannot do that because of this issue. Is it possible it's coming from the radeon settings? I've lowered the graphics from the radeon settings but cannot alter the in game settings without getting to the settings menu which I cannot do. Please help with any more suggestions as to what I can do to boot the game. Thanks.
I'm in a very similar situation. I've been having very annoying and constant crashes as well. I recently upgraded from an rx 580 to a 5700xt and all of a sudden I can barely get through a game without getting booted out and being prompted with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (Note: I literally only have this problem in Apex Legends). I'm fairly certain it's a driver-related problem, but nonetheless I am still in search of a real fix. If I manage to figure it out, I'll reply back.
