Solved

A lot of errors in Apex

This isn’t my real EA acc since I couldn’t get access to that but the name is my PSN name so.

What I have been experiencing is just a lot of lag every game I go into or I just lag out this has cost me a lot of RP in ranked as well as my friends and every time I play a Pub I either lag and die or error code out of the game.

please help either fix this or just compensation idc just please I really love this game but it’s unplayable

Thanks for getting back to me. That's probably the issue then. Wireless is unreliable and prone to disconnects/lag. Especially when the signal has to travel through walls and/or floors. This gets worse when there are other devices sharing the same connection. It's worse still when anyone is streaming media while you're playing. Until you get wired, or at a minimum, closer to the router, this will continue to happen. You can try changing the wireless channel you're using. That may help. Also, you could try opening ports. They are listed here.

You also may want to try researching powerline adaptors. Those have been a really good solution for many that are too far from the router for a wired connection.

    Hi there, @RushVizionz.

I'll try to help find out why you're lagging so much in Apex. Let's start with the basics. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • @EA_Aljo I have tried to unplug the modem and it doesn’t work also, I am on wireless and ever since the complaint I submitted I’ve been only lagging slightly less it’s now like 1/3 games also I do play the ps5

Thanks for getting back to me. Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?
