My connection is fine...I don't have lag in my games, only get disconnected every now and then which if I wasn't playing ranked. would be okay but since I am and I lose my kills/assists and then lose extra points because of abandoned game penalty....why do I lose my kills and assists??? what is the reason behind that...last game I got kicked I had 2kills and 1 assist and we came 2nd...thats 120 points - 36 so 84 points but nope I got -76...how is that okay? I just lost 160 points from being kicked out...not my connection problem....your servers kicked me. this has been happening since season 1 and you still want to pass the blame on to the players...absolute joke.
Community ManagerI'm not saying the problem is definitely on your end. We just can't be sure without going through troubleshooting. If you change your mind about this and want to keep working on it, let me know. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait and see if we find any issues here.
nothing wrong with my connection...everything is in working order.
I have also looked up the error codes, in which code:net is a server side issue and not a client side one...yet I get penalized for this? okay cool. Again with error code..invalid token..this seems like its also an error on behalf of your servers considering nothing on my side is restricted.
as for the heart beat...I'm guess this error is very new...obviously.. and its only happened once for me so far. but again obviously not my issue....how can an error involving seers ability be my issue???? and yet I got reduction of points for it.....thank you for asking me if I have connection problems regarding this error.

I am having the same issue. It has nothing to do with my connection and everything to do with the APEX game itself. Please fix this I’ve lost so much RP and now and being penalized for APEX’s issues.

Top 4 situation in ranked 3 kills 2 assist 1 participation im at +64. Mid shooting someone game closes sends me to desktop i open game back up hit continue it puts me back into the game and then closes to desktop again twice so i try again 3rd time puts me at main menu says i forfeited the match and gave me -51.

Great, nice to know how to troubleshoot shoot however, why penalize people for getting kicked and not actually quitting. I’m so just done with EA. They seem to not give a crap at all.
Yeah the servers have regressed horribly since season 16 dropped. I keep “conveniently” getting slowed down and then frozen at the height of battles and then I still get penalized when I’m knocked immediately.
This needs to be addressed asap as it’s very frustrating.
Literally have had the app crash too many times and got a penalty for abandoning the match when that's not what happened. Apex really needs to focus on fixing all of their bugs, the game has been out long enough that there shouldn't be a repeating issue of the same glitches.
