About children's accounts(Japan)

    I was able to solve the above problem today.

    When I downloaded EA app on my PC, I was able to solve this problem by entering the ID, password, and parent email address of children under 12 years of age and authenticating them.

    This could not be authenticated no matter how many times I tried from the Nintendo Switch itself or from the EA.com site.
    However, after downloading the EA app and trying the above method, it was solved.

    My child is also very happy.
    If you are having trouble with the same issue, please try it.

I was also having the same problem.

I found this post,tried it and it solved the problem!

Both my sons and I love this game,and Iwas sad to think we would no longer be able to play it.

I’m really glad it was revolved.
