About EA accounts being mistakenly suspended

尊敬的 EA 客服,我在 11 月购买了您的《战地风云 V》。第一轮游戏结束后,我下次登录时已被禁止。在此期间,我没有打开挂断电话或作弊。希望贵公司早日查明真相,解封账目。

    AHQ is currently available in the following languages

    If you do not speak one of those languages then you could check out the help.ea.com site which is available in a variety of languages and provides help across all EA titles and any issues you may run into: https://help.ea.com/.

    You can also contact an EA Game advisor at go.ea.com/HowToEAHelp .

  • and if you are posting about being banned or you account being supended:

    I think the moderators on the forum can not check a ban or unban an account.

    You could check a ban under your ban history.

    If you think the ban or suspension on your EA Account (or one of the user names connected to it) was a mistake, you can appeal the decision.

    • On EA Help, sign in to your account.
    • Look for any of the games you’ve played by using the search bar.
    • Go to the Manage my account category.
    • Select I want to dispute a ban or suspension.
    • Select Email us.
    • Fill out the webform, select Send.
