About the latest mouse, which was banned by mistake, and the machine code.

I discovered something on the 19th of September, my apex account was blocked in error, through a series of checks and troubleshooting issues as well as my computer, I didn't find anything wrong, the only issue was a mouse I recently replaced, the technology used in this mouse is the latest technology available.
It's called NearLink and supports the highest mouse return rate currently available at 8k, regular mice only support 125~2k reporting rates. Just after I used the mouse for almost half a month or so, my apex account was blocked on this, as well as the machine code was likewise blocked. I think this was a misjudgement and found the same issue in my apex group, so far almost 60 people have been banned for this reason, I hope the tech team can confirm and fix the reason.
