Acc Banned - No Support For 2 Weeks After Ticket Sent

Hi, sent a ticket for being banned for no reason. I think my account may have been hacked cause I never used any cheats or 3rd party software. It has been a while since my ticket submission and I haven't heard anything since. Please help

@YahGetMeBruv Hi, if you believe your account to have been compromised please reach out to support. They can investigate and verify, and help you to re-secure the account going forward.

With a verified compromise on the account, it should help with appealing the ban, too.
