All Progression Lost

I redownloaded Apex and played for the first time in 10 months or so and was reset to level 1. I have 119 hours logged on my Xbox. Played season 1 and 2, started again at season 20, had multiple heirlooms and content purchased. Unlinked and relinked ea account from Xbox but didn’t work, now I can’t unlink again till end of September. Tried redownloading Apex again, logging out of Xbox, etc. Can’t think of what else to do and have some much money and time put into game. Need help please.

    Having your progress reset like this would definitely be concerning especially if you've played as far back as the first season. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. It looks like that's what happened here, as the EA account you're posting with wasn't even around at the time of Apex Season 1 / 2. 

    In this case you'd need to try re-linking your Xbox account not to this EA account, but to whichever other EA account it was linked to originally. We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it would be worth contacting support to see what options they have to help re-link the original accounts.

    Thanks for replying. That’s what I’ve read online too but I’ve never linked my Apex ea account to another

    Just to clarify, I’ve only ever played Apex on this account and never switched or linked anything else

    Hey TowelieSPCO​,

    This EA account was only created late last year, so if you've ever played before that, you do have another EA account out there with that progress.

    I'd try checking any other emails or accounts that may have been used in the past. If you do have any email addresses you're no longer able to access that might have been used years ago for the initial account, our support team can help try to verify and update the EA account details.
