accidental purchase

I accidentally purchased an even apex pack I have yet to open it is it possible to refund it back to apex coins?

it need to be made if you accidentally purchase something things can be refunded… most other games have it to where you can be refunded hoe come apex legends doesn’t? I just accidentally purchased a recolor for 1,800 and you’re telling me i cannot be refunded for a purchase like that? That’s unbelievable….
