Accidently bought apex coins for the wrong platform.

So I wanted to get some Apex coins so I went to the Target app and then searched for Apex coins. there was only one option so I bought it. I didn't realize till I was putting in the code into Apex that I bought a Nintendo Switch Apex coin pack. It was the 60-dollar pack. I was wondering if there's any way to either refund it or somehow redeem it through apex or EA. I don't own a switch.  Still have the gift card code but I can't use it and it's getting on my nerves how I can redeem it through the Apex application.

    If you received a code for Switch, then you'll unfortunately need a Switch in order to redeem it. As for refunds, I'd recommend reaching out to Target to see if they can help you with one. We can only really help with purchases made directly through us.

    I just called them and they said to contact ea to see if they can change what system the gift card is valid for. I guess to give you guys the code and then you make it one for the PlayStation or something I'm not sure, this is getting frustrating.

    Unfortunately we're not able to change what platform a code is for. I can only really recommend that you're more careful with what platform you buy your codes for in the future.

    I bought apex coin on Xbox but there not showing up on my PlayStation account I have Evidence

    Please note that some platforms use different Wallets, so you may not be able to use your Apex Coins across all platforms. Once you’ve bought an item, it’ll be available on all platforms. You can find more information here.
