Accont not merging

Hi i just downloaded Apex on My pc and my account has'nt merged.

Now the problem is that i have the same username, email and password+ a link between the accounts thats why i was suprised when i opend the game as level 1 without any of the legends i unlocked on my playstation insted of being level 250 with almost all the legends.

if anyone see this post pls help
