Very difficult to talk to EA. I only receive automatic messages saying that my case will not be reversed.
This is a complete lack of respect for the player/consumer.
For you banned, I just pray that someone effectively reviews your case, what I'm facing here is that EA really doesn't care.

I'm afraid we are unable to change or review any account actions on the forums.
If you've already submitted multiple appeals and our Terms of Service team has declined to remove a penalty, that is not something we'll be able to change here either, sorry.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure EA won't do anything to help me.
I came to the forums in an attempt to really understand if this is something common, as I'm finding countless people talking about it.
I saw many videos with 40, 50 thousand views and thousands of comments talking about unfair ban waves, it made me extremely frustrated with EA and the game itself.
As a person who has played a lot of FIFA and other good EA games, now I just regret the lack of professionalism of the company, which distances me more and more from their products.I see a lot of people complaining about this, in addition to videos of streamers who suffered the same punishment as me, without any justification.
I'm doing my best to talk about my case and who knows, help someone or be helped.
