Account Banned - Overturned - Rebanned - Unable to get assistance
My account was banned for a charge back however, I disputed the action and someone was able to help me and got my ban overturned. However, after a day, my account was re-banned and when I looked into the case, the person who helped me only overturned half of what I explained in my original case file. Now, Im fighting again to have my account back, but EA takes long to even update me on the case. Its been over 2 months and no update from them, despite me having to send follow-ups via email. There is no option for a real time online chat with EA so I am forced to wait. Is there any other way to get in contact with EA Support and find updates? I've been without my account for months and this was supposed to be resolved in November of 2022.

I understand that this is probably pretty frustrating but unfortunately we cannot help with account bans here on the forums. That has to go through our Terms of Service team.
You'll need to get in touch with them by filling out the webform.
If there was a mix-up and the ban is overturned once again, then you'll be able to recover the account and update the security settings using the steps outlined here:
