Account banned and ea help not replying

I raised a ticket more than 2 weeks ago to check the banning reason and how could I do something about it but I've got no reply from ea help.

The ticket number is 67290294.

Yes, I raised it on https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

No, I haven't done anything that deserves a ban.

No, I haven't receive any mails from ea help on my inbox or the spam folder.

I also don't see anything on the case page.

I've tried to raise other tickets but I didn't get any reply and those cases were changed from "in progress" to "no fix available".

The ticket number that I provided it's still "in progress".

@EzyHawk your term of service team sucks they cant responde to a ticket in 2 week ??? i open my ticket 1 week ago and im waiting too and its not only me there is tons of player getting ban without reason on steam. check you reddit page or steam discuss page or here ( answer hq ) check it and you will see its not that hard. its seems there is a huge bug that makes comeblack player get banned without reason. and no one trying to fix that they cant even send an auto message to people who send tickets we cant even see our tickets inside .

Hello all,
it's Impossible. I Play Apex Legends a very Long Time. Over 500 Hours spend Money spend and with Mirage over 1000 Kills. After a Break of a month i das okay i try to Replay Apex Legends with the New Season 7.
Now Not only my Account was banned no my hole Apex Packs of over 50!! Was gone.
I Open a Case Last week!
And? Nothing! No EMail.
PLEASE IT has Costa very long Time and passion to reach that Things.

The same thing has happened to me, banned for absolutely no reason and I opened up a case on the 6th of this month with no reply what so ever. If I don't hear back soon I'll be doing whatever I can to get the money I've put into this game back

Finally after calling 3 Times and waiting.
They say me that Today they saw that my Account was hacked!
BUT i must wait until a EMail comes for more Details and futher steps.
Can i Hope to get my Account and Stuff Back??
And how long i must wait?

Unfortunately im on a same boat, waiting 14 days for a reply as for a reason of my ban, im sugesting you guys change passwords and add 2 step to your account, there seems to be a leak in EA accounts somewhere in the internet and hackers are having fun playing on other people accounts.
EA/Apex does banning in waves which would explain extra long reply times for tickets.
GL every one on getting your accounts back.

i created case why banned me without reason 23.10.20 and still no one answer and still waiting for unban

he hurt me for the last 2 weeks of the season cant finish battlepass when i payed for it and now I can't even improve the battlepass I've been playing since the release and now ban me for no reason and no one will write anything to me

I just logged into my account for the first time in about a year (because it came out on steam and has crossplay so i was gonna play it with my cousin) and loaded a match and it says i was banned

@Fuanitou I was banned for no reason and wasnt even sent an email.. I have 2 tickets open and no emails its going on 2 weeks time now... What do we do to fix this mess...?
