Account banned and ea help not replying
I raised a ticket more than 2 weeks ago to check the banning reason and how could I do something about it but I've got no reply from ea help.
The ticket number is 67290294.
Yes, I raised it on https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
No, I haven't done anything that deserves a ban.
No, I haven't receive any mails from ea help on my inbox or the spam folder.
I also don't see anything on the case page.
I've tried to raise other tickets but I didn't get any reply and those cases were changed from "in progress" to "no fix available".
The ticket number that I provided it's still "in progress".

There is no need to create a new ticket for this issue, Remember that an issue can take a while to be resolved depending on the reasons behind the ticket.
