Missing Lifeline Heirloom – Support Is Unreachable
I lost my Lifeline heirloom, and support previously confirmed that there is an issue related to it. After that, I received an email saying that an agent was available. However, when I checked the support history, the agents only stayed in the chat for around 10 minutes before leaving and closing the ticket.
I tried reopening the ticket, but the same thing happened again. Of course, I cannot constantly monitor random email notifications over the weekend, and there is no option to continue the conversation through email or another method.
All the necessary details were already provided in the first chat, so it is very frustrating to have the ticket repeatedly closed without a proper resolution.
