Account banned by mistake

I was suddenly forced to quit by the server during the normal game play and was told that my account was banned. I applied for multiple reviews but I was told that I was cheating.
But I didn't cheat!
The regulations I violated by EA for me are:

I confirmed that I didn't run any other software on my computer that might conflict with the APEX client or anti-cheat software, because I used the same computer in the game the night before, it was normal, and the next day I was playing the computer. Regarding the second article, I uploaded the data of the banned hero I could find. Because an average kill of 1 person requires nearly 350 damage, this is not possible for cheating.
