Account banned by mistake
I was suddenly forced to quit by the server during the normal game play and was told that my account was banned. I applied for multiple reviews but I was told that I was cheating.
But I didn't cheat!
The regulations I violated by EA for me are:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
Regarding the first article, I was suddenly forced to quit by the game server several times during the normal game play hours before being banned, and was told that the anti-cheat software failed to start. In order to solve this problem, I restarted my computer, and then entered the game without this prompt, but only after ten minutes, I was forced to quit by the game server and told me that my account was banned. I confirmed that I didn't run any other software on my computer that might conflict with the APEX client or anti-cheat software, because I used the same computer in the game the night before, it was normal, and the next day I was playing the computer. APEX, no other software installed in the middle, or even opened the browser.
Regarding the second article, I uploaded the data of the banned hero I could find. You can see that killing the enemy 14, damage is 4863, which shows that my technique is very general, and it is impossible to play the game as a disadvantage. Because an average kill of 1 person requires nearly 350 damage, this is not possible for cheating.
