i have opened a dispute four days ago and no reply i thought it takes 72 hours.
S7 is about to hit and i really wanna use my main account anything we can do to speed the process?

do you know if logging into ur account with a VPN will result in a ban?
Community ManagerYou can log in with a VPN, but it won't circumvent the ban as it's account based.

I sent one in 12.11. Its now the 30th.
Is there any way you know of that would make this process go faster or to atleast be contacted back within the 72 hours EA promised on their support page?
This is my situation too. Except I've been waiting 2 weeks for a response. I check multiple times a day to try and get live chat, but as a test I checked he "Missing Content" option under a new ticket and it had live chat and call available while the account issues had only email. Ill check into the twitter/FB but it is really frustrating as ive missed completing season 6, playing the halloween event at all, and now the season 7 launch.
