Account locked from false ban wave
I downloaded Apex for the first time in years and come to find out that I was banned for “Gameplay Enhancement” on October 27, 2023. After looking into it looks like a number of people were false banned on this day, coinciding with the launch of cross progression, and were having trouble getting their account back. I play on PC and have spent a decent amount of money on my Apex legends account. I have never cheated on an EA game or any game for that matter, and I have also been banned from FIFA and “Football Soccer” (didn’t even know the latter existed), neither of which I have ever played or even installed on my account. I am worried someone has gotten into my account and can’t get a response from EA. What should I do?
