"Account banned" message, but can still log in
Is this bug?
every time i enter match, during the countdown my screen will freeze and kick me out with the message "apex client game account banned". But i still can login to my menu. I check my email there is no email from ea about being banned. I check my ban history on EA account it say "You currently have no Ban/Suspension History to display." i still can login and buy cosmetic. i am friendly in game and if someone being toxic i just ignore them or mute them .I never play ranked. my account has login verification on. Right now i can only play in the firing range. I already update my nvidia driver and restart my computer but still cant play. This problem started today. Please help me.

- @YoeHD i think this is something you have to discuss with someone of the TOS Team.
You will need to speak to the Terms of Service team in relation to any ban

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
