My Apex Account progress Gone

Back when battlefield came out I played the beta but didn't have an ea account to get beta codes so I made and linked all of my accounts including my PlayStation 5 account. I played battlefield no problem but months later I wanted to get back on apex legends and when I log in, ACCOUNT LEVEL 1, NO CURRENCY, NO SKINS AND NO PROGRESSION. I have been trying so hard to get it back but nothing is working. EA GIVE MY APEX ACCOUNT BACK AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ps - Ea tickets were unfortunately no help lol

Al00_M0ta If you had a different EA Account in which you unlinked your platform accounts from to link your platform accounts to a new EA Account, then that would be the issue as your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account it was earned/progressed on, (which means that your Apex progress is stored on your old EA Account, rather than your current EA Account).
