Account banned unfairly/incorrectly
I'm a little confused, I haven't been able to play games for over a week now, and just recently received a message that I had been banned for harassment. I reviewed it and can prove the actions were not my own but my appeal was denied. I don't understand why my entire account got banned either. I have reported people for calling me outright slurs in the chats of multiple different games and have been told "no violation occurred" as the follow up, so I believe it's a little unfair to permanently ban me for something I didn't even do. It seems like the appeal was not read by a real human despite what the email says, so this seems like the best avenue to have an actual person acknowledge this.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You can always reach out with another appeal to our terms of service team. They're the only team with the power to take a look into this for you.
