Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

To the Community Managers,

The automated appeal system is failing. I have been hit with a hardware ban that makes zero sense and my appeals are being denied with no specific reason given.

I have invested financially in this account and have always played legitimately. I even did a full clean Windows install to purge any potential bloatware yet I am still being flagged.

The current black box appeal process is trash. It feels like EA would rather ban innocent players than actually investigate technical false positives.

I am requesting a Manual Human Audit of Case #241624009. I want a real technician to look at my logs and identify the conflict. I do not want another bot reply. I want actual support for your players.

    Hey 19294369753​,

    We do not have an automated appeal system. Each appeal is manually reviewed by a human - one of the members of our Terms of Service team.

    They may use templates if you're seeing the same response for the same situation and thinking that's a bot, but that would be incorrect. They'll be able to provide the overall reason for any account action but will not be able to share specifics such as which program/process was detected, or an exact timestamp. 

    Unless it's reached a point where they've specified that further appeals will not be reviewed, you're welcome to submit a new appeal and a different member of the ToS team will take another look.
