I launch the game , like always... and this time it appears to be at level 1.. ah yes with over 300 hours I'm somehow brought back to level 1. ALL OF MY SKINS ARE GONE. I have proof of my game time and gameplay since steam keeps a record of it. Why do these things still happen?
First off, have you switched platforms?
It's important to keep in mind that currently there is no cross progression in the game, so if you were playing on Playstation and moved to PC then your data will not transfer over.
Data between the EA App and Steam will be able to transfer between each other.
Have you unlinked any platform accounts linked to your EA account? (e.c. Playstation, Xbox, Steam, etc)
Unlinking platform accounts from your EA account can result in data loss, which could be reversed by relinking the previously unlinked account.
(Keep in mind that relinking doesn't always result in the data returning, you could try contacting support, though if they can't bring your data back it's most likely lost forever)
