Hacked account recovered, but Apex ban still remains
Hello EA team,
I am asking for a serious review of my Apex Legends account because this account was hacked around 2021–2022, and I lost all access and control over it during that time. I only recently recovered my EA account, but my Apex ban is still active, and my appeals have already been denied. I want to make it clear that I did not cheat, and I was not using the account when the violation happened.
This account means a lot to me because I started playing on it back in 2019, and I have spent many hours building it up. I have more than 800 hours on this account, never had a ban before, and I always tried to play fairly. I also invested real money into this account, including Apex Coins and rare items, and I was lucky enough to obtain a very rare Heirloom, which makes this account even more special to me. That is why losing it like this has been so frustrating and upsetting.
I understand that the ban system may see the account history and assume wrongdoing, but I hope you can consider the full situation. The account was compromised, and any actions that caused the ban happened while someone else had control. I am respectfully asking for a careful manual review, because this account is important to me not only for the time and money I put into it, but also because it represents years of progress and memories.
Please take this case seriously and give it a fair review. I truly want my account back, and I am asking for one honest chance to have this situation corrected.
