Account Falsely Banned

It's been a little more than 3 weeks of being permanently banned on Apex Legends for something I did not do.

It's been so unfair to me because now I'm going to miss out on special in-game events and new items for my favorite characters, and mostly playing the game I love most and that's kept me so happy for the last almost 2 years. I've only been suspended once, which was a 1 week suspension last March, and I've never had any other suspensions since then. Since my account was involved in an, and only the second, incident that took place nowhere in my knowledge or control, I've been permanently banned when the rules say that a user's account is supposed to get a 2 week suspension after the second violation takes place. So how does it make sense to permanently ban someone, whether they're the cause of an incident or not, after they've only had a 1 week suspension for their first ever violation and not even receive the 2 week suspension for their second violation??

If anyone or any of the community managers can help me bring this up to whatever team that deals with suspensions and bans, please do so? Because I want that to be justified.

Next to that, AHQ is a community forum, so overall account issues like bans cannot be helped with on here.
In this case you'll still have to go through the normal process of contacting the TOS team if you want to dispute the ban.
Bans are also decided on a case-by-case basis, so actions don't always follow a pattern, hence why some players might get permabanned before even getting a temporary suspension.

Next to that, AHQ is a community forum, so overall account issues like bans cannot be helped with on here.

The reason I'm on EA Answers is because people like you actually reply and talk to me about things, which I appreciate so much by the way.
Plus, I've been contacting the TOS "team" ever since I first noticed that got banned which was around June 1st or 2nd. But it doesn't really feel like I'm talking to a "team" if all I keep getting is the same exact automated emails everytime I reach out. It's like I'm just talking to a robotic system that says the same exact thing everytime you talk to it.

Yeah I'd understand why you'd feel that would be the case.
Usually they make use of templates to speed up the work since they do get a lot of tickets on a daily basis.
It might make it look a bit more robotic in some cases, though from what I know, it's almost always processed by a human being.
Maybe after submitting a certain amount of tickets about the same ban that they might consider automatically rejecting your appeals, though I don't know that for sure.

I feel your pain, I was banned for "cheating" when I've done absolutely nothing in the criteria that they call cheating.. I've appealed it 3 times, all the same response. I don't think I can even get an actual "investigation" by the TOS team anymore. They got my money, they don't care about losing a few people from false bans.

Same here. The Game went stuck after a few adjustments in my Gaming Keyboard Software during warm-up. It happened a holiday morning while I was having my fist cup of coffee with nothing in mind.

After restarting I received a shadow ban message (code : snake) and shortly after a permanent ban for in-game cheating (banned : banned). Although I could have known better, a single click into an application window other then Apex Legends itself can break everything, even if its an official software release.

Cheating is out of question for me and the stakes are high. I took this very serious.

That happened 3 weeks ago and since then I appealed multiple times, now that I've almost reached 10 appeals, I start feeling helpless.

Me too, my account banned and does using remote control play FIFA via PC is prohibited?
Not even half time(44min gameplay) and receiving banned email.
Trying to submit case, but the button the infinite loop "Resume Case" and back to new case creation.

Same for me I got banned on apex a super long time ago for cheating when the EA data breach occurred in 2021 I tried to play and noticed it didn't work but when I went to dispute it EA decided to perma ban my entire account so I have already made complaints to BBB and the FTC and will keep sending complaints until they actually review my account, I know the community director will say the same copy pasted message and not be helpful in the slightest since I have already been perma banned and blocked from my purchases with no assistance by customer support which is illegal and so I cant wait for me to send hundreds of complaints to BBB and the FTC.

They use response templates to do the work for them instead of actually having a real person reach out to players??? I get that there's a lot of issues, but that still just sounds very unprofessional and like pure laziness to me. EA should actually work and take better care of their players, because that is not fair at all to me and the other players that have actual problems with games.

I got falsely permantly banned on June the 16th for "cheating" i've reached out to them many times with nothing but a copy pasted email in response back not helping my situation. They have ignored my my requests in the tickets asking about what type of cheating i apparently did or how i can help in resolving this issue and what proof i could show, I've sent in clips screenshots but they just dont seem to want to help.
Crazy how you can support a game for years just for them to falsely ban you then when you need support of them they give nothing but copy pasted emails.
plus I have never been temp banned or anything like that with any EA service
