Account Falsely Banned

It's been a little more than 3 weeks of being permanently banned on Apex Legends for something I did not do. It's been so unfair to me because now I'm going to miss out on special in-game events and...

    As far I'm aware, Community Managers don't really assist with such issues, even if it's just putting in a word for someone that got banned.

    Next to that, AHQ is a community forum, so overall account issues like bans cannot be helped with on here.

    In this case you'll still have to go through the normal process of contacting the TOS team if you want to dispute the ban.

    Bans are also decided on a case-by-case basis, so actions don't always follow a pattern, hence why some players might get permabanned before even getting a temporary suspension.

    The reason I'm on EA Answers is because people like you actually reply and talk to me about things, which I appreciate so much by the way.

    Plus, I've been contacting the TOS "team" ever since I first noticed that got banned which was around June 1st or 2nd. But it doesn't really feel like I'm talking to a "team" if all I keep getting is the same exact automated emails everytime I reach out. It's like I'm just talking to a robotic system that says the same exact thing everytime you talk to it.

      Yeah I'd understand why you'd feel that would be the case.

      Usually they make use of templates to speed up the work since they do get a lot of tickets on a daily basis.

      It might make it look a bit more robotic in some cases, though from what I know, it's almost always processed by a human being.

      Maybe after submitting a certain amount of tickets about the same ban that they might consider automatically rejecting your appeals, though I don't know that for sure.

        They use response templates to do the work for them instead of actually having a real person reach out to players??? I get that there's a lot of issues, but that still just sounds very unprofessional and like pure laziness to me. EA should actually work and take better care of their players, because that is not fair at all to me and the other players that have actual problems with games.

      I feel your pain, I was banned for "cheating" when I've done absolutely nothing in the criteria that they call cheating.. I've appealed it 3 times, all the same response. I don't think I can even get an actual "investigation" by the TOS team anymore. They got my money, they don't care about losing a few people from false bans.

    I have no idea what's going on but a few days ago I was banned for "inappropriate content" but was never given a specific reason as to why I was banned. I wasn't using any crazy or disrespectful names in game nor do I even use my in-game mic or text chat, and I've reached out to EA's TOS team for a response but they just keep saying that the ban on my account is justified. I just want to figure out either the main reason as to why I was banned because in my defense I never received any emails from EA stating why I was banned. Please help I don't know what else to do and I REALLY want my account back.

    I tried to play Apex Legends for the first time today and it says my account has been banned. I’m not sure what I did so I went to the EA website and it doesn’t say what I did. I don’t think I have I have violated any of the user agreements. I jsut sent an email to them to see if they would do anything about my account. How long does it normally take?
