Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

Since you've mentioned already opening cases, you can resume or check the status of any open cases here.

I would try the chat option rather than email if possible so you can speak with support directly to get this cleared up. If you've been selecting the chat option and haven't been able to connect, make sure you don't have any ad/pop-up blockers enabled that might be preventing the chat window from opening for you.

Beyond that it may also help to try a different browser or use an incognito mode window when going through the steps to open a new case. If you stay signed out while in incognito mode, you'll be prompted to log in but should also have the option to Continue without logging in to move forward with that process.

its been 3 days no response on my cases. I tried incognito windows of different browsers and still nothing. I dont have anything of value on my account besides og twitch prime apex drops but other than that i just want to play BF1 but i cant because someone changed my steam account to be linked with some throwaway scam email so i cant even launch the game. My steam account was never hacked its strictly EA 

In a similar situation used to play via steam,all the chat support does is ask the same question again and again without resolving my issue as they cannot find the email to which my steam is connected and ask me for previous emails used.

How am i supposed to know which email it is connected if i knew wont i have recovered that account duh....i do have my steam access but they cant do anything.
