Heirloom shards

So i've just got my apex account back from being hacked. And the person that hacked my account used up my 150 heirloom shards and 40 out of the 50 exotic shards i had on an heirloom that i didn't want. I had been saving up for weeks so i could get the dual katanas when they came to the crafting shop and now i can't. Is there any way that EA can refund the heirloom and exotic shards?

LemonatedWater Sadly no, the game doesn't offer a way to refund or exchange cosmetics once bought.

Ahh thats too bad really. I was hoping they could do like a little roll back on my account before it got hacked 😂. Thank you anyway.
