Account has been banned due to corrupt data

I have been playing Apex Legends since the beginning seasons and I had 2 origin accounts before that I used to play. I connected one of my main account to my steam and it was working fine. I played for more than 200hours in steam with my main account and yesterday something unsual happened in steam when I tried to play Apex Legends. It said that I need to register to EA account in order to play while I was in-game. I had always connected my main account to steam but still yesterday that register/login came. I tried using my main ea account but it said someone already linked this account to the steam.(it was a chinese or something name which I knew from the EA support members that it has been connected to that chinese account for more than 2 years which I don't know how it happened. Then I tried to use my other account that i mentioned in the start. And it said that there is no account assigned to that email and it said I am creating new account which I was shocked. But still I did that and saw new account with new game data. Then I tried to play few games and then I tried connecting again to my main account. Then with EA support I was told to unlink the account which is not mine and try connecting the main account there which I did but it said that I need to wait for 6months. As my steam account was connected to the new ea account that has already been there in my origin account it was unable to unlink from that new id for 6 months and from my main ea account I unlinked the unknown chinese steam account from there and it said to link I need to wait for 6 months. So I installed EA app to see if my progress are still there. There upon playing it for the first time I was asked to sync data either from my local save or cloud save which was of 2022(1year back). I was confused what to do as I have connected my new ea account to my steam account and if I thought that was the data being saved on the local storage. As I wasn't able to play with my main EA/ apex account for 6hours when I was asked to sync. And it was saying to sync the data from local storage of 1hour ago at that time which was when I played with my new account. So I thought that might overwrite my apex data and I asked EA support but they responded that it might get overwrite by the new apex data so I clicked cloud save to sync and now I am 64 level. I don't have any skins or heirloom and not even unlocked any skins. But my latest main account had 450+ level and I had wraith heirloom with a lot of golden skins and other good stuffs. What should I do now ? I want genuine help from the your team please. It's not an issue with games like CSGO but what is wrong with apex about the sync and stuff. What happens when someone with a lot of good stuffs does similar cloud sync or something and gets back to lvl 5 or something after playing the game. We would never want to paly again or come back again. Please I need genuine help. I have been contacing EA support and it's been more than 12 hours I am trying everything to solve the issue by searching on internet and stuff but I don't know what to do now. I have attached my steam ID where you can see I have played apex for more than 122hours and looking on both my main account [edit: email address removed] and my new account [edit: email address removed] you can see it's new accounts. My cloud save was synced to 2022. I want my account back please. I have also send the photo of the account that was previously linked to on steam which caused that issue yesterday. But EA support team said it was connected for like 2 years from now on idk about that. I unlinked it yesterday.
