Account merging

Over the past year I have been playing on PS5 and had to get rid of my old Xbox, all my apex cosmetics and stats are on that Xbox account so I ended up not playing apex anymore after I had got my PS5. I had recently found out that they were going to bring cross progression to the game but I had found out too late and was only able to make an account after the 26th. My PlayStation account has been connected to my EA account since I got it. I’m asking to see if there is any way that customer support or in the future that I’ll be able to merge my account.

oh i dont think any1 has gotten it yet is rolling out in waves so the servers dont crash even then i havnt herd anyone on here or in game say they got the pop up

bro your good you just need to link your xbox to the EA acc thats link to your ps5 BUT if theyre both link to two diffrent EA acc than you can only pick one and wich ever you unlink to link to the other will not bring anything over and to get back the stuff from unlinked acc you gotta re link to the old EA acc. they stuff about acc after oct 26 just means that anyprogress made after that date wont merge for exp new steams acc after the 26 that get apex pack or coins wont merge but the acc will

That’s what I’m getting confused about, my Xbox account is linked to it and always has been but after I logged into the new apex season nothing came up to let me merge my accounts Xbox progress with my PlayStation.

Oh okay that would make sense, I’ll keep trying to log in and see if it happens. If not I’ll try and contact support about it. I just had loads of stuff on that account so would be a pain to restart my progress especially cosmetic wise. Good to see that there are helpfully people in these threads too.

Checking my Xbox account all my cosmetics from PS5 have already been added, but nothing reflects on my PS5 yet, so it's a wait and see situation

I have my Xbox and PC accounts linked and I have not had anything transfer yet. Anyone know anything? Updates?

@vortex8055 I linked my Xbox account to my EA account it seemed to have worked but the problem is I'm level 1. I'm stressing because that means 4K hours plus 4 heirlooms just got deleted.

I've got the same problem, I was playing PS4 originally and now on PC. I've linked both accounts via EA app but both accounts haven't merged so I'm Lvl 1 on my PC
