Account progress reset
Hello everyone, I haven't logged into Apex since 2023. Today, when I tried to log in, I found that my account had been reset. How can I resolve this issue？

diny3za51e15 Assuming it is your EA Account that was hacked, you would need to contact EA Support:
If the hacked account was a platform account, you would need to go through the support team for the platform account that was hacked:
- Steam Support | Account Stolen
- Xbox Support | Secure your account if you think you’ve been hacked
- PlayStation | Phished (compromised) accounts and unauthorized charges
- Nintendo Account | Recovery Process
I also suggest changing the password for your email address as well and to turn on 2-Step Verification on all your accounts.OK,THANKS.👍
