Account Progression Lost?

Good Day,

I started playing apex legends since 2019. I stopped because I was banned for no apparent reason and I was tired of playing the game. by the way, I was not cheating at all. Now, I started playing again, I started connecting my EA account to steam, I had forgotten I was banned in the first place. I reached out to EA to unban my account. They granted my request but when I logged into steam, all my progression is lost :( . How may I retrieve it?

fraffle_ticket Your Apex progression is stored in your EA Account. If you're using another EA Account to play the game on Steam, then your progression wouldn't been transferred.

If you had unlinked your Steam account from your original EA Account, and then relinked your Steam account to your original EA Account, that can also cause a loss of progression.
