If you're unable to get back into your account currently, you'll need to get in touch with our support team for assistance.
We cannot make any changes to your account or discuss any account details on the forums as these are public boards.
Note that you can absolutely create a case even if you don't have access to your email or an account currently.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help logging in to my EA Account, that should put you in touch with the team so they can assist further.
