Account Recovery Issue Case 248317575 Deceased Owner Policy
Hello! I need help from a Community Manager because live chat advisors cannot bypass system limitations and redirected me to the forums.I am trying to recover my old Apex Legends account. My PSN ID is SHUTNIK-3310. I sold my PS4 long ago. The original email was created by my close friend, who has unfortunately passed away, meaning the original inbox is permanently closed and inaccessible.Today I contacted Live Chat multiple times. My final Case ID is 248317575. The advisors successfully located my account and confirmed that my current connection location and ISP <removed> perfectly match the account history 100%. However, because the Date of Birth or original phone number are unknown due to my friend registering it, the chat advisors were forced to close the case.Please, can a Community Manager look into my Case 248317575, review the IP matches, and escalate this to a specialist who can manually update the email address to my new clean one? I just want to play Apex Legends with my old progress on PC via Steam

This just isn't something we can handle over the EA Forums. Only an advisor can do that and if you can't verify ownership of the account, they won't be able to recover it for you. The best I can advise is to try to get the correct information they are asking for and try again.
