Account Reset

Hey @ViciousShura,

Generally this type of thing would happen if you've recently unlinked an account and re-connected it to a different EA Account.

If you've gone through these steps to do anything like that recently, the way to fix this would be to re-link the account back to the original EA Account. 

This is unfortunately not something we can assist with on the forums, but if you're running into any trouble getting the correct account linked up please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over the account(s) with you.
