Account suspended again ( second time in 1 month)

Hey @ItsTrankLL,

Did they give any more context as to what could be causing the issue? Usually in the email they send they give a little more context.

It doesn't seem like a chat issue, it might be that your username is considered inappropriate. "Stoned" does have connotations to drugs, after all.

I'm just guessing here though. We can't help with or look into bans here on the forums. Maybe our terms of service team can provide some more information?

The only thing they send is the image below... At the first time they don't say me nothing about name issue, and I contact them... Also i have this name from season 1 and never had the same problem. I want just to know if the name is the problem, i can change it i dont have any problem. Also i use this name just for means "crazy" it has nothing to do with drugs or something like that in any case.

    Looking at that email, I'm confident in saying that it's the name that's causing issues. I'd change it to something else (and if you play via Steam, I'd change it there too just in case).

      As I say, I don't have any problem, and I will change the name. On steam I already change it. But how I can change it on EA? and everywhere else? I don't want to have the same problem again.
