This is now the second time this month that this has happened and no one helped me the first time I reported this. So I’m copying and pasting my previous report.
My games Data Center has changed to London, when it’s normally Sydney. I have tried to select the Sydney Data Center but it will not change. I did not change it to London, why has this happened and how do I fix it because it won’t let me connect to servers?
I'm having the exact same issue. With the latest update, it connects me to London by default. I live in USA West Coast. Then at main menu Im able to open up all the server options, but it wont let me select anything, it just stays locked on London.
same here im from eu just puts me on na servers
extremegoat17, Musashi201, & Tapeinator From what I understand, the game should connect you to the best nearest server to you.
What this means is that if the nearest server to you is 100+ in ping, but the next nearest server to you is only 80+ in ping, it would put you on the second nearest server since it has a lower ping.
If you're using a VPN, that can also cause problems, (especially if the VPN is set to places outside your region).
same problem for me now in 2025... after migration server i cant play in eu.. forced to play with 240 ping in na,almosto 1 month and nobody reply to me or other .. shame on EA
im Eu and forced to play in NA... they are crazy
i never use vpn or other... just after new season update and server migrations i started to have this problems.. server problems not of the costumer
it somtimes works but its like a 20% chance when i load up my game and it says Eu-Central with like 20 ping other times it likes 200 ping makes no sense i also dont use a vpn i think its just the new "server updgrades" that does it
