    Hey @PE-lao-gui,

    We are unable to review or discuss account bans on the forums, sorry.

    All appeals need to be directed to our Terms of Service team using these steps. 

    If you've already completed multiple appeals and our ToS team has declined to remove an action, I'm afraid that will be final and not something that can be changed further.

@EA_Mako The server doesn't work, there are still many bugs, and now you guys still suck at managing the security of players' accounts! What should be blocked is not blocked, and what should not be blocked is blocked indiscriminately!
