Game freezing, and In game sound glitches

Hi all, this is my first post on here. 
I have been experiencing a lot of issues on Xbox since the new session update. My game freezes randomly and sometimes will get disconnected from the server. The freezing happens every game.

Also my in game sound glitches and all I can hear is primary sounds like footsteps and gunfire. It’s very off putting. This also happens every game.

I have uninstalled the game at least 5 times to try fix the issue but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
