Account was unable to connect now im back in and rookie IV

Question

I don’t know what is going on with this game, but my account had problems I contacted EA and apparently I guess people are allowed to log back on now. I’ve logged back on and I have been all the way demoted back to rookie IV. Is anyone else experiencing this problem im on a PS5.

i did too, rubber banded lots in ranked and then went to restart game just to come back with ea unable to connect. hopped back on 2 hours later now im rookie, cant seem to contact support or find a solution tho shucks&nbsp;
