This issue has existed since May 21st. Do not appeal or email EA, they will only reply to you saying that you have violated Section 6. After the email is rejected three times, they will close your right to chat with customer service, and the EAC team will directly determine that you have cheated, regardless of whether this is true or not. They should go to hell
