my game is so laggy and i dont know why

i was playing apex 2 days ago with no problems whatsoever as i have been for years but then yesterday i tried to play and my game immediately froze with lag symbols in the top right so i restarted rejoined and the game worked fine then next match it happened again and i would restart and it would be working but when i would get in a big fight or everytime i died it was like i completely disconnected from the servers my game would freeze i couldnt do anything and i had packetloss symbols aswell as a symbol of 3 dots going into 1 dot, so i would just be playing and then my game would freeze out of nowhere and i know its not my internet i use internet and ive been playing apex for years with it no problems and every other game works fine and my pcs performance isnt the problem, yesterday i could use the menus perfectly fine and the firing range fine that just happened when i played online games, please help
