This just happened to me on Friday. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I have never hacked or used scripts. They denied my first appeal with an automated message. I have paid SO much money and can't even talk to someone? If I get my account back, I will play on an alternate account for fear of this happening again. If I don't get my account back I will not be playing apex anymore. I am an OG player since season 1 with 3500 hours and hundreds of dollars in cosmetics and heirlooms. I was considering doing the CC this set as I play against a lot of the pros. This is a disgrace. Being a paying customer I will no longer pay money to EA. Great job to the security department for killing the loyal fanbase and banning normal players when hacking is rampant. Uploading a picture of Wigg and I at LAN. I paid for a flight and hotel to go to LAN. I won't spend another dime in support of this garbage.

Can u help me too? Got falsely banned on the 7th of June. I made 2 cases, and both of them were denied. No emails were received, and the ban history is clean.
Here we gathered a few people who have the same ban and shockingly they can access and play the game on their Consoles but when they get back on PC with the same apex id it show's them id is banned! So a few of us having a ps5 have tested the same and boom they can also access the id on console but not on pc. So the ban is only platform restricted ? that should not be the case right if your Id is banned for a violation how can we access it on console! Please take a look at this and report it to higher authorities. I myself am a victim of this bug like many others.
