Wrongful HWID Ban - No Penalty History - False Positive from SapphireOS

My Apex Legends account zChaoSZN- has been banned but my Penalty History shows zero violations. I believe it was caused by running SapphireOS (a custom Windows build) which was falsely flagged by Easy Anti-Cheat. I was not using any cheating software. To confirm the HWID ban, I created a fresh account on the same PC and it was banned within 10 minutes. I have spent over 2000 euros on this account since Season 12. EA's website keeps redirecting me to Penalty History with no way to contact support. Can any Community Manager please help escalate this to the TOS team? SID: <removed>

    I'm afraid we aren't able to create or escalate cases via the forums, sorry. 

    If you're unable to create an appeal with these steps, please contact support directly so they can take a look. They should be able to help get our Terms of Service team's eyes on this for you.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried contacting support multiple times but the website keeps redirecting me to Penalty History which shows zero violations. The contact form either doesn't show a submit button or loops me back to self-help options. The only thing I was able to do was send an email to [edit: email address removed]. Is there any other way to reach the TOS team directly? I really appreciate your help.

    Can you try opening an incognito mode window or logging out of the site before creating a case here? If you're stuck in a loop that can sometimes help get the case started. Just use the option to continue as a guest rather than logging in and it should let you continue.

    Hey EA_Mako, I tried the incognito guest method and selected 'Compromised EA Account' but it still loops me back to Penalty History with no way to submit a ticket. Is there a direct email or case number I can use to reach the TOS team? The only thing I have is the email I sent to [edit: email address removed].
