This just happened to me on Friday. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I have never hacked or used scripts. They denied my first appeal with an automated message. I have paid SO much money and can't even talk to someone? If I get my account back, I will play on an alternate account for fear of this happening again. If I don't get my account back I will not be playing apex anymore. I am an OG player since season 1 with 3500 hours and hundreds of dollars in cosmetics and heirlooms. I was considering doing the CC this set as I play against a lot of the pros. This is a disgrace. Being a paying customer I will no longer pay money to EA. Great job to the security department for killing the loyal fanbase and banning normal players when hacking is rampant. Uploading a picture of Wigg and I at LAN. I paid for a flight and hotel to go to LAN. I won't spend another dime in support of this garbage.
