On sunday I got the answere to my 1. ban appeal, which was obviously declined. ☹️ Same bot message everyone is getting:" you cheated you violated section 6 ToS"
After finding a post on reddit where people like us complained about getting wrongfully banned, one user suggested we use this thread to share our experience to gain some traction and let EA know that something is wrong.
Many users in the Reddit thread have a clean ban history & no mail, just the pop up when they start the game saying they are banned (same 4 me). They also reported that they can still play on console with the same account ( I have not tested that myself, only console is switch in my house).
Another advice in the thread was to not use all your 3 ban appeal just yet. We need EA to recognize the bug/error and appeal afterwards. His experience comes from the AMD anti lag bans.
Furthermore I suggest to everyone to be nice & polite to the mods in this forum and this thread because anger and threatening them will not give us back our accounts, it will just make this thread locked.
The OP of the reddit post got unbanned this morning. I will check my game when I get home *fingers crossed*. It would be nice if everyone here who gets unbanned can share a little about their approach! 🙂
